How we work
HC Real Estate Services doesn't work alone. On both Hues Hope initiatives, HC works alongside partners and industry experts — land-use attorneys, architects and engineers, lenders and community funders, contractors and trade partners — as a single, integrated, multi-disciplinary team, carrying each project from an early plan toward a site, a financing plan, and eventually a building. Both initiatives are still early-stage: neither has a site under control yet, and Hues Hope's federal tax-exempt status is still pending.
